Getting Started With Niche Marketing
When you first get started with niche marketing, it's all about finding the niche you want to target first.
Basically is what you want to do is sit down with either a pen and paper or open up notepad on your computer and just do a brain dump.
Right down all your interests, your hobbies, hobbies and interests of family and friends. Problems that you and loved ones are faced with. Things you want to buy. Etc...
You want to create a list of at least 50 different niche topics.
Here's an example list...

wine
books
watches
pregnancy
high cholesterol
sewing
kids
kitchen appliances
boating
smokers
home theater
auto parts
babies
arthritis
Now there's not 50 things there, but I wanted to give you an idea of what a niche list looks like.
I'm now going to take this list and narrow it down.
How?
Well to know for sure if a niche is going to be profitable or not, you want to make sure that niche has products in it that are currently selling. You'll also want to find products that are selling that you can become an affiliate for. It's much cheaper to get started as an affiliate and know if a niche is profitable or not than creating your own product for a niche that may or may not be profitable.
By becoming an affiliate for a product in a niche, you can promote it, see if it sells, and if it does, you make money on top of knowing that it's a profitable niche for you to go into and create your own products.
I've picked the niche of "lowering cholesterol" I have found a product to promote in that niche called "The Prescription Free Cholesterol Cure"...
Now you need to take your niche and do some keyword research. In the next section we are going to be going over this in great detail. So before you move on, create your list of niches, find which ones have products you can promote, pick one of those niches, and then continue on with key word research.
